To ensure the smooth operation of the expressway system, the project specified five core requirements for the data center:

GOTTOGPOWER Integrated Data Center Solution

Addressing this intelligent expressway scenario, GOTTOGPOWER introduced a prefabricated, modular integrated data center solution, achieving technological breakthroughs across multiple dimensions:

  • Highly Reliable Power Supply System:
    Utilizes a high-density lithium battery UPS system with millisecond-level switching speed. During mains power failure or voltage fluctuations exceeding thresholds, the UPS seamlessly transfers the load to battery power within 20 milliseconds. This ensures continuous, stable operation of critical loads like traffic monitoring and tolling systems, guaranteeing business continuity.
  • Precision Environmental Control System:
    Incorporates highly efficient precision air conditioning with EC fans and inverter compressor technology. Real-time temperature and humidity sensors collect environmental data, enabling intelligent adjustment of cooling capacity and airflow. This provides a stable operating environment for IT equipment even under extreme outdoor conditions, effectively reducing equipment failure rates.
  • Integrated Intelligent Cabinet Design:
    Highly integrates power distribution, cooling, monitoring, cabling systems, and an optional fire suppression module within enclosed cabinets. The modular design ensures tight coordination between systems within the cabinet. Compared to traditional data rooms, this significantly reduces the footprint and supports flexible expansion to meet future business growth.
  • Intelligent Monitoring Management System:
    Integrates a DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) system with environmental monitoring. Sensors deployed inside the cabinet continuously monitor critical parameters like power status, temperature, humidity, water leakage, and smoke. Upon detecting any anomaly, the system immediately triggers remote alerts via SMS, voice call, email, audible/visual alarms, etc., enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Rapid Deployment Model:
    Employs a factory-prefabricated, on-site modular assembly approach. Equipment installation, debugging, and testing are completed in the factory. On-site work primarily involves module assembly and system integration testing. This model drastically shortens the deployment cycle and significantly improves project delivery efficiency compared to traditional construction methods.
