This solution aims to design and deploy an advanced liquid cooling cooling system to solve the problems of heat dissipation bottlenecks, excessive energy consumption, noise pollution and space constraints faced by traditional air-cooled data centres in high power density, ultra-large-scale computing (e.g. AI/ML, HPC, GPU clusters) scenarios.
By using liquid (e.g., water, special coolant) as the main cooling medium, directly or indirectly touching the heat-generating components (CPU, GPU, memory, power supply, etc.), it achieves a more efficient, quieter, and compact data centre cooling that significantly improves energy use efficiency (PUE), reduces operating costs (OPEX), and supports higher-density computing needs in the future.
